Extra Credit Problem Solving

On your Edublog, solve the following problem.

Three friends go to a baseball game. Each has a hot dog, a bag of roasted peanuts, and a soda. They spend a total of $78 on food and tickets. How much does each person spend?

In addition to your solution, also describe how the problem-solving strategy "Write An Equation" can help solve this problem. Remember, this strategy is described in your Math ISN.

6th Grade Homework Google Calendar!

Good news! Lisette Casey has created a 6th grade Homework Google calendar. In the future, all math homework will be posted at the Sixth Grade Homework link under the "Favorite Math Links" on the right side of this page. You can also find this link under "6th Grade Homework" on the Manitou Middle School home page.
